I spoke with Cody who promptly put me in touch with a technician named Ron. Ron quickly set up an appointment and met me at a convenient location and programmed two new remotes into my Chevy, and fixed one of my existing remotes at no charge. Thank you for the awesome service Ron and Cody.
One of the advantages of working for a large company is the depth of resources backing you up. When you downsize (or right-size) you may not have those resources available. The Oro Valley Chamber gives us access to people and experience we wouldn’t otherwise know where to find. For example, mixers allow members to connect. Regularly scheduled seminars, luncheons, and guest speakers keep us informed about best practices in business and technology. The Chamber leaders and Board members keep us informed about public policies affecting the community and our businesses. And we are made aware of opportunities to volunteer, so when time permits, we can give something back to the community.
The Chamber of Commerce has helped in many ways - Dave is knowledgeable in the surrounding area, able to point out not only other businesses that are members, but also provide guidance on the multitude of recreation paths and parks Oro Valley has to offer. We appreciate the opportunity to be members of the Chamber of Commerce.
As a new member I've found the folks at Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce very welcoming and helpful. Lots of members, much bigger companies than mine as well as bigtime sponsors , but my personal interactions at events with Dave and Kirsten and Shari have all been friendly—they took the time to find out about my business and offered assistance in any way they could. The events are always a class act and well-attended. Big fan of the chamber!
The Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce has been a pleasant experience for us. Staff is enthusiastic and pro-active in getting the word out about our agency, what we do and in advertising the various chamber functions that will promote our programs. Every year we have found new business partners through their Annual Meeting & Awards Breakfast as well.
Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
